Legal Question in Criminal Law in Australia

Recently I moved to Australia on a working visa, staying with a supposed friend. Anyway things didnt turn out, she put my room up for rent and kicked me out. I stayed at her parents for the first month and they gave me a key. When i moved out into my friends house they didnt ask for it back. Anyway I needed to get my skis back which where at her parents house, when i got there, nobody was home. So i let myself in and got my skis, left, locked the door and posted the key.

My ex-friend is now saying what I did was illegal and she will report me to the police. Can I be deported, have I commited a crime, im not sure where i stand.

You can be deported if you are convicted of a serious crime. It doesn't sound as though you have even been charged, let alone convicted.
