Legal Question in Family Law in Australia
In 2008 I married a chinese national in Nanning, I spoent only 11 days with her before I went back to Australia. She failed to get a visa to Australia and I have had no contact since then. Can I get an Annulment or a divorce and how do I do this

You can apply for a divorce in Australia even though you were married in China. It is difficult to get an annulment. That only applies in limited circumstances.
