Legal Question in Family Law in Australia
Adultery
If you have been given a warning for adultery by your spouses lawyer and there are kids involved, how can you counteract against this, if your spouse had previously commited adultery as well and you had a case opened, but dropped it worrying about the welfare of the children? The lawyers happen to be the same in the new case, as the ones in the dropped case, so all the files are still in their posession.

Re: Adultery
Adultery has no relevance under Australian law. It doesn't have any effect upon property distribution or upon children's issues.
