I am wondering at what age is a consent order for visitation no longer enforcable as my 15yr old now wants to find a weekend job and the father lives in another city.

Re: age for consent order

strictly speaking an order remains in force until the child turns 18. however, the court recongises that from around the 14 to 15 year old range, many children are both old enough to have some views about how they spend their time and are big enough and mature enough that it is a pretty hopless task to try and tell them to go somewhere when they dont want to.

has your child tried to rauise the issue directly with the other parent? it may be that they can work something out together.
