De facto relationship

If a man is not legally separated from his wife, can another relationship be recognised legally as de facto

The short answer is yes it could be. Sometimes people lead double lives and the facts are such that both relationships are recognised at law. Its a tricky point though and I would need a lot more info to be able to give you any better advice.
