when can a child get a diovrce from their parents?

There is no such thing in Australia. A child is not competent at law to seek any order relating to the child's own welfare. If the child wants to seek an order rleating to their welfare, then they have to do so through an adult. The child could approach the Public Trustee or the Department of Child Safety for moreinformation.
