i have been separated with my partner for close to 2 years.
and we have been married for 4 years.no children.want to lodge an application. so how long it gona take.we dont want anything from each other? thank you

If you are enquiring about divorce it is a straight forward inexpensive procedure which will take 2-3 months to finalise. If you are enquiring about property settlement, if there is agreement it is also a straight forward procedure. Depending on how it proceeds and what property is involved it might take anywhere from 1 to 4 months.
