Legal Question in Family Law in Australia

Hi,

I was here on student visa, but i got seperate because she always demanding and came to room around 3am. she went to india last month and give call to all my relatives that i am not medically fit but i got my test done to prove them there is nothing wrong with me, we lived 2 months together but didn't spend 24hrs alone with her, she is living here with her friend both did same thing with us. we both came husbands came in australia on same day. now she came back to australia, i am living seperate now but she threatened me that she will file a dowry case against me, she called the police twice in house with worng obligation that i was beating her so i am living seperately now. they making calls to our relatives and keep telling lie. Now they are telling us they need divorce and want me to come back to India but my parents are trusting on them beccause they agreed to take 6 lakhs from my parents and also want me to come and file a divorce.she already submit attorney to her parents. i am worried what need to do i am living in australia my parents in India.

I am from well settled family.but they are threatned use daily by calling our relatives with their lies.

Please help me what need to do?
