if chldren are on protection order placed with fathers if court orders they be retuned to mothers and father disputes this and wants custody will children still be returned to mother

it is very hard to understand what you are asking. if a court orders that the children live with the mother then that is where they must live unless you successfully appeal that decision, or until there is a new court order in relation to where they live. obviously you have to make sure that the court knows that there is a protection order in place and why the order was obtained.
