family law papers

i and my ex have court orders in place stating i am not to move out of a certain area with our child. he has reciently split up with his current girlfriend and she is abusing my distroying my property and harrassing me she has a past history of violence and drug abuse and i was wondering if i would have a chance of getting the papers reviewed so i can move out of the area stated in the papers with my child and still have full custardy. would i have a chance if the harrassment keeps up to be able to move away from it all???

you correctly assume that you will need to get your orders changed. this can be done by agreement (an Application for consent orders) or by Applting to the Court and convincing a Federal Magistrate to let you go. To be allowed to go you will have to show that it is in the childs best interests. You will also have to make a proposal that will adequately ctare for the ongoing relationship between the children and the father.
