Legal Question in Family Law in Australia

Family Trusts

How can I have a Trustee removed after nomination by the Family Court Judge on wrong and deceptive (tampering) evidence.

They are accountants that acted in conflict of interests as they were my own accountants (8 years) that dismissed me as their client to take control of the Family Trust for the wife who they never met, besides that they made a derrogatory and unsupported Court Report against me.

Re: Family Trusts

Like all matters before any Court it would depend upon the evidence that you have to support your argument. Once a decision is made, the Court is not likely to re-consider the same issue unless there is evidence of a significant change in circumstances or that the evidence relied upon at the earlier hearing was defective. If you ran the same argument at the time that the matter was last considered, you wont be successful trying to argue the same grounds again unless you have some compelling new evidence.
