Legal Question in Family Law in Australia

my grandmother.

My grandmother is 86 and has had a partner for 40 years. They are not married and he has never paid a cent towards paying her house off. It is paid off now and has been for years. She is unhappy in the relationship and wants him to leave. Can you please tell me what he would be entitled to?

It is impossible to say what he might be entitile to without knowing many other details such as what other property either or both of them own, their ages and state of health, what each of them contributed(financially and non-financially) during the realtionship etc.
