parenting orders

my ex husband and i have final parenting orders and guardianship orders of my neice and nephew ex husband has no contact with children or myself can he be taken off the paper work and can i be forced to allow him to see my neice and nephew

You can have him removed from the paperwork by making an application to court. However the application would have to be served upon him and he may oppose it and seek orders to allow him to spend time with the children.

Unless the current order specifically provides for your ex to spend time with the children then you can't be forced to allow him to see them. However he could then make an application to court to seek orders to allow him to do so.
