How do i subpoena a mediator and his documentation. regarding the medatiors unprofessional behaviour, I received an apology from Family Relationship Centa. i have requested a copy of the mediaters accreditation, this i have not recived. where do i start? woud civil court cover this area? i have found no case of a valid despute with a mediatr or what to do.

2. The Court or Tribunal depends on the amount and circumstances involved.
3. Only Courts or Tribunals have the power to issue subpoenas.
4. Freedom of Information may be applicable if the Mediator was a government employee.
