Do I need a visa?

I am visiting Sydney, Australia in January 2005. The duration of my stay will be 3 weeks and I wondered if I needed to obtain a Visa.

You did not say where you are coming from. Generally, foreigners entering Australia, for whatever length of time, require a visa. I would suggest that you contact the nearest Australian embassy to obtain more information.
