Legal Question in Intellectual Property in Australia
If a member of a band is 'fired' and comes back later claiming rights to music that were written and produced by another member of the band do they have any rights to the music?

They may - it depends on, amongst other things, any written agreements between the band members, whether the band members are employed by, say, a company or whether or not the work is a joint work.
