Legal Question in International Law in Australia
international law question
Hi there,
There's news in the press about Boris
Berezovsky inciiting a revolution in
Russia. Apparently he has not broken
any British law - but if a person
finances a coup against a country are
they breaking an international law?
If so - what law?

Re: international law question
If he is a Russian citizen, treason. If not, he is a terrorist or enemy combatant, using today's parlance. If the Russian government got their hands on or Polonium into him then neither of them would care much about statutes or case law.
