Public International Law:Universal Jurisdiction and Diplomatic Immunity
If a foreign diplomatic agent had committed prior crimes against humanity,torture and he goes to another country on a diplomatic mission e.g. australia; would australia be able to prosecute him for those prior crimes AFTER he leaves the country/finishes diplomatic mission on the basis of universal jurisdiction? or does he still have diplomatic immunity?

A person can be prosecuted by the government of a country, only if such person has committed any crime within the territory of that country, and not otherwise, whether he is a diplomat or any ordinary person
