Employment status enquiry
In the last 2 3/4 months I have been permenantly employed in a call centre. I have in total worked for this company 6 months - 3 being on a temp assignment. I have ben ill for 1 month in total and I am due for my 3 month permenancy trial to cease. Does the company have the legal right to cease my employment if they deam it necessary?
