Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Australia
I take one 2-bedrooms bedrooms unit, then rent it out to two other guys at a higher price than my rental fee. I'm not living there. is this legal or not ? thx

Yes, this is legal. Unless you had agreed in your orginal lease that you wouldn't sublet.
