Legal Question in Product Liability in Australia
Banned Morning Sickness Pills
I was born with a condition called Polands Syndrome, which means I was born without my major pectorial muscle on the right side of my chest. It is generally heredity, yet it is not in my family. My mother told me that when she was pregnant, she was taking some morning sickness pills, abouty 1/2 a pack. After I was born, the pills were taken off the market because they were causing deformities in children. I was just wondering if you think I have a case to sue or not?

Re: Banned Morning Sickness Pills
sounds as though there might be a cause of action.
you would need to consult a lawyer.
The state of the manufacturer's knowledge is relevant. Your age now is also relevant (for limittation purposes)
