Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Bahamas

inherited property

my grandparents oned outright 2 lots of property on long island in the bahamas they have now recently passed on in there will it state that a claim for my father sister or myself is pending on the laws of the Bahamas what are my legal options, do i my sister and I have any rights to that?

The Executor of the will must apply to the Probate Court for approval to transfer the 2 lots. We would need to see a copy of the Will to advise further.
