Law in the Bahamas

I would like to know the process of heirs claiming property. My great grand father had land in bahamas his oldest son is my grandfather my father is his oldest son I am my fathers oldest son, All are dead but me. Am I the sole hier?

I get about 20 emails a day claiming my long lost relatives left me land, and millions of dollars, all over the world. If you received the good news in an email from a stranger, delete it. Otherwise call a Bahamanian lawyer.
