Legal Question in Criminal Law in Bangladesh
5 month ago, one day police stop my car, ask some unecessary question i have shown my visiting card, but he force me to write down name & address in top of a white paper, he kept that paper. now my question is, can he do anything against me with that paper? pls advise. just for your kind informaton, I am from bangladesh, i am citizen of bangladesh by born.

The incident you have written appears to be a half truth to me. however, i don't think mere writing down your name and address in a white paper gave the policeman a good weapon to harm you.
