sister claim over brother property bought by father funds

If you are Muslim and your father is dead then your sister has right over your father's funds. If it's so then your sister can claim her part of the fund but not the property(as the property bought by the brother). The brother has options to giver her part of the fund or can give part of his property according to sister's right.
