bounced cheque
after bouncing the cheque how I can collect the money if the defalter has no money to give me back

Initiate a Section 138 suit. If he doesn't pay then a warrant will be issued and he will be sent to jail. That's the only and final recourse - either pay or go to jail.

You may file suit for recovery of the cheque amount against the defaulter and obtain decree and thereafter you can execute the same within the period of three years for the recovery beside filing the complaint u/s 138 Neg. Act.

If a decree for recovery of money is given against the defaulter and if the court finds that he has no property to satisfy the decree, the court will send him to prison.
