Legal Question in Banking Law in Bangladesh
if a cheque is stolen and is being cashed from a banks counter by forging the sign what protection can a cashier get in this regard provided he cashed the cheque without negligence and in good faith? I have heard about statutory protection where can I know regarding this in greater detail?
