I want to close a small liasion office in Dhaka ,Bangladesh,pls inform , how many salarys per year should i pay to each worker .

In order to answer you correctly and thoroughly, we would need to see the employment contracts with the employees.

To give a brief overview however, in case of workers you would need to pay gratuity or 30 days wages for every completed year of service. The necessary notice must also be served to the employees or payment made in lieu thereof.
