Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Bangladesh
Someone took some money from me as loan. He gave me a Bank Cheque as security, unfortunately this Cheque was bounced. What to do?

You can sue a case against the borrower under Money-Lenders Act. Please contact with a Civil Lawyer for this matter.
