Re: partnership

In case of a partnership at will, any partner may dissolve firm by giving notice in writing to other partners of the intention to dissolve the firm. Otherwise partnership may be dissolved by the consent of all partners.

More over a partnership firm dissolves on the following grounds:

a. if constituted for fixed term, on expiry of that term

b. if constituted for a purpose, on completion that purpose

c. by death of partners
