Legal Question in Business Law in Bangladesh
I want to start a partnership business.we will buy fabric and give a certain factory to make shirts and then we will sale those in the market.we have if we get success in this process we will go in production.but now what legal step do we need now?

In case of starting an initial partnership business you need to prepare a partnership agreement or partnership deed. It's not clear from your words that what you want to establish. Do you want to register a partnership firm or a company? There are different processes in case of registering a partnership firm or a company. In case of starting production you must do registration under joint stock company.
You can start a partnership business by executing a �Partnership Agreement� to be registered under The Partnership Act, 1932 & by obtaining a �Trade License� from the concerned City Corporation.
