Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Bangladesh

we have a 3 storied house on 5 katha land in dhaka. My mother used to live in an appartment and rented to several tenants. recently my mother is seriously ill. So we decided to give our land to a developer. She told the tenants to evacuate their paces after 3 month. But they denied and starts sending notice one by one from jaj court to show cause that why they will not get temporary stay order. What should we do? we have already cotacted with a developer and handed over power to them.

The persons who are named as the Respondents in the matter should file Vokalatnamas straightaway and retain a lawyer to file Written Statement on their behalf.

Your mother should appear soon before the court to contest the matters.

Your immediate concern is to contest the temporary injunctions prayed for by the tenants in the judge court, engage a lawyer to contest the case .

After that try to negotiate a settlement of the matter with the tenants. Otherwise you may need to evict them through an eviction suit and be aware that it might take a long time. I suggest having an amicable settlement of the matter rather than going into any further litigation if possible.

The tenants would probably now want to pay all the rents through the rent control court and stay in the house for as long as they can manage. While sending the notices for eviction did you follow the time limit prescribed in the tenancy agreements?
