Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Bangladesh
We are the original owner of the land, no law suit against us, means no party, but court made mistake given some of the portion of the land to other party without acknowledge of us. Now we have got status-quo from the court, my question is can we develop the land now?

No, you can't. Untill and unless the order of status quo is modified you cant make any development because that will cause the violation of the order of the court. Try to get a modified order from court in favour of development and then start. Thank you.
