what does it means, higher judiciary under the cnstitution to supervise the adminstration of lower judiciary? briefly explain.

It means that the administration of the subordinate judiciary like appointments, transfers, promotions, procedures etc will be supervised and controlled by the upper judiciary. Because of Independence of the judiciary from other branches of the State , the control of the sub ordinate judiciary cannot remain with the executive branch and the upper judiciary as the highest authority must take the responsibility to administer the subordinate judiciary.
