My previous query was Chairman can be the designation of a partnership business or the appointment would be Managing Partner.As per my knowledge concern chairmen can be the appointment only its a Limited Company rather Private or public

In a partnership firm there are two types of parters 1. managing partner 2. partner. Chairman is not a legal term in relation to partnership firm.
