Legal Question in Criminal Law in Bangladesh
dear sir,
i want to know that one of my friend's case has been stayed by high court till 15th sept,2012 but we hear that the high court will go to vacation from 15th aug, 2012 to 30 Sept.2012, so in this vacation period how can we do extension the our stay order ? Is here any chance to do extension with in this vacation period? Need your advice... thanks/best regards ...

There is vacation bench sit on specific days in any vacation period. Ask your lawyer/advocate to apply for that vacation bench to do extension your stay order.
