Legal Question in Criminal Law in Bangladesh
We know a gang of young people, who spray-paint on the walls, bullies students on the street, creates an environment which hurts our culture like smoking in front of elders and flirting out in public places like coaching centres. They also drive recklessly, and without mufflers and intentionally cause sound pollution. They also take unauthorised photographs of random strangers, and harass them on the streets. They frequently have street fights with other gangs in the city. They have also stoke fear in hearts of teachers and elders. Is there a way to get justice on them in our country?

It is better to make a GD (General Diary) in the concerned police station. After the GD police will take action against them.
