Legal Question in Criminal Law in Bangladesh
I know of a girl, around the age of 19 who commited suicide by jumping off a building a year ago. Before that, for the past week she was terribly upset in classes. The cause for suicide was due to relationship problem. Now, the question is- Can a case be filed against the boy for indirectly causing the suicide? And if so, what is it called, negligent homicide, or anything else? Can the suit be filed by only her relatives or anyone?
