Legal Question in Criminal Law in Bangladesh
I am try to made a boundary wall in my land at 13-03-2012. At that time my next door land load stop my work by force and he want passage to my land . But has already passage. I need some legal advice how can get relief .

The person (next door landlord) doesnot have the right to stop you. Illegal entry upon the land of another is trespass and is a tortious act in bangladesh and you can make police report on this
