Legal Question in Criminal Law in Bangladesh
I was given PBJ (Probation before judgement) for a sexual offense. And the court said that it would strike off the guilty verdict if I complete the sex offender counselling. I am an immigrant and I know that even PBJ leads to deportation and also I did not had enough money to complete the SO counselling. So i left US immediately after the judjgement and I dont want to return to US.
My worry here is that as I have not completed SO counselling, will the court consider this as violating the probation and reopen the case.
You may wonder what is my problem with the court as I have already left US and also I dont want to return in the future.
I fear that if the court considers this as probation violation, thare will be reopening of the case and my photo is posted in the list of sexoffenders.
I live a very respectable life in my country and I dont want all this be viewed over internet by the people in my area.
Kindly help me guys.

PBJ is a conditional order placing a convicted to probation, the successful completion of which prevents execution of that judgment. If any term of probation is violated, the case is liable to be reopen.
