Legal Question in Family Law in Bangladesh

I have 7 years old female child. Now I want to take her from her mother's custody. What shall I do?

According to Family laws of Bangladesh, a female child is entitled to be with her mother till 18 years. However, if you want to take custody of the child you can sue against her mother in Family Court.
