Legal Question in Family Law in Bangladesh

Dear sir Abdullah Mubin and Shah Fakhrul Islam,

Asaalamou-alykum. and thank you previously answering my question.

Previously I posted question on 8/24/2010, about divorcing my wife from USA.

You advised I don't need to go to BD everything lawyer can do and it will save any harassment from girl side if they have evil plans. My Lawyer talked with Kaazi said after filing divorce from USA and 90 days passes and divorce is matured, then I need to go to BD to register the divorce. Could you please confirm again that, 90 days after filing divorce, there is no need for me to go to BD, the lawyer can finalize everything. Also my life could be in danger if I go to BD, because girl family is criminal family. I need to show your answers to the lawyer, because he doesn't have enough experience with this kind of case. Please sir confirm I never need to go to BD to registered this divorce.

I confirm you that you do not need to come to BD to confirm your divorce. What I said earlier is based upon my experience. So you may rely on that without any hesitation. Thank you.
