Legal Question in Family Law in Bangladesh

Dear Sir, I do a govt job in Moulvibazar dist in bangladesh. I notice my wife last dec'08 and march'09 fully divorced her. I have 6 year old. woman child. Last june'09 my Ex wife going to Love married. My child live in her new husband home. Now I fell my child unsafe position. How can i do. Pls give me a clear suggesation. Pls.

You should go to the court praying for custody of your child. Since your wife married again, she looses the right to hold your child, the right is shifted to you.
