Legal Question in Family Law in Bangladesh

Dear Sir, we get married 7 years ago. But my wife does not fullfill her duty towards me. We have 4.6 years old son. For him I am seeing if she changed her mind and can keep household with goodsence as well. But she keeps non stop mentally torture to me. The Infant is Temporal Lobe Epilepsy. Doctors said he must be living both father and mother. But above reason I want divorce her for her behaviour disorder to me and that mental effected to me and my child. I f I claimed 15days of month living to my residence in Dhaka while she lives in CTG. If I can mange another residence for her when she comes in Dhaka. Please help me how would it possible that I can stay 3/4 days in week or 15 days of month. I have asked same question but not replied any attorney. please give me a suggestion.

This matter can be arranged if your wife agrees that is mutual agreement between your wife and you otherwise you can divorce your wife and to get your child's custody you have to file suit before the family court.
