Legal Question in Family Law in Bangladesh

After getting divorce from my husband, who would get the the custody of our 2.6 yrs old son?? who would be the gurdian if i get married again?? what legal support i can get to keep my son with me.

In that case you are entitled as legal custodian of the child till his puberty. It doesn't matter, whether you are getting married again or not.
