i want to divorce my wife & i have 5 years son. what is the procedure and where my son will stay

You have to send a notice to your wife and the concerned chairman or mayor. Your son will stay with his mother. When your son will 8 years old, he can stay with you.

Divorce will effect after 90 days of the notice. You have to pay the Denmohor, which is stated in Nikahnama, besides that you have to pay monthly expenses for both your wife and son till the son become adult.
