In law there is a terms - 'He wants equity, must come with clean hands'. It means, if you want justice you have to be clean and clear regarding any matter.
So, I think, if she wants to sue any case against you, it doesn't matter. If you want, you can divorce her. Please contact with a lawyer near you.
