we are divorce since 2 years. i have a 7 years old daughter. he got marry. she is now with me. now I want to marry and want to keep her forever with me with a new parents, me and my fiancee. what should I do now? is it possible to keep her with me forever?

You can keep her with you till her puberty but in case of second marriage if you marry someone who is not forbidden by Muslim law to marry with your daughter then you will lose right to keep her with you. Moreover, if her father wants to keep her and file a civil suit before family court to get your daughter then court will consider the welfare of the child and also her choice. Legally, father is the guardian of the child and mother only have right to custody.
