Legal Question in Family Law in Bangladesh

we are divorce since 1.5 years. I got married. i have a daughter but her mother is not allowing me to see my daughter . My daughter is 8 yeards Old, she want to spent time with me , infact she has accepted my new marraige. My daughter is having very good relation with my present wife as well. In that case i want legal custody of my daughter ,so that atleast she can spent the 2-3days/weekend with me. Is it possible as per Bangladeshi law to take her custody as my daughter is only 8 years now?

you may get custody of your 8 years daughter if

your ex wife got married or she lead immoral life or dies or for some other reasons it is not safe for the well being of your child to keep her in her mother's custody
