Legal Question in Family Law in Bangladesh
divorce/legal procedure/child/after effect
i married a Bangladeshi girl, i have one son 4 years old. I also married Pakistani girl and due to this reason, my first wife from Bangldesh want divorce me. I do not know any legal procedure. what are the future obligation on me. Please not that I am not a Bangladeshi. However, i am muslim.

infact if you divorce your bangladeshi wife, the only liability is left is to maintain you son till the age of majority.if you wish to know the procedure of divorce than send a message.

Your question is not complete. Where do you live and what you want to do? Seperation is possible if she wants. But you have to make an agrement for this purpose with her. I will be able to answer you if you tell me the whole story in detail. You have to send me an email and explain ur problem
